Order Processing and Cancellation
Orders will be entered within 24 to 48 hours however shipping time can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks. Commercial and remanufactured equipment is made to order and has a manufacturing time of 4-8 weeks prior to shipment date. On home equipment please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery due to the size of the products. If you request cancellation of an order we will make every attempt to stop the delivery before it ships. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges from and to the company even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. All credits will be made within 30 days of merchandise return or cancellation authorization. All credits will be issued via company check and mailed via the US postal service. Orders for custom made products, such as commercial gym equipment, flooring, and remanufactured products that are made to order can not be cancelled once the order has been processed. These types of orders may have an extended delivery time.
To cancel an order you may either speak with a customer service representative at 1-800-630-7827 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm CST or you may e-mail customer service at cs@pfc-fitness.com. Please include your order # when cancelling. You will receive confirmation from customer service that your order has been cancelled via e-mail. If no email address is supplied to us, your confirmation will be via postal mail CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
